DELIVERY

DELIVERIES ARE BY SEUR COURIER SERVICE

Every order received by PLAYMYPLANET and PLAYMYFUN are dispatched within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment (payments via bank transfer will not be deemed received until the monies have cleared in any of the available accounts). Products will be sent to the address provided by the purchaser when placing the order (the address will be verified via a confirmation e-mail from PLAYMYPLANET AND/OR PLAYMYFUN). If an order needs to be resubmitted due to an error by the purchaser, any costs arising shall be borne by them .

Delivery of products is guaranteed through courier companies YUPICK (delivery to a designated collection point, this is only available for orders for delivery within the Spanish peninsula), SEUR or the national post service, depending on the destination, deliveries are made Monday to Friday, (excluding national and local holidays). Please find below estimated delivery times: PENINSULA (SPAIN): 24-48 hours

BALEARIC ISLANDS AND PORTUGAL: 48-72 hours

ANDORRA, CEUTA AND MELILLA: no ships to Andorra, Ceuta or Melilla

THE CANARY ISLANDS: no ships to Canary Island

FRANCE: 3-6 working days  customs clearance time is not included

GERMANY, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, HOLLAND, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, UNITED KINGDOM: 4-7 working days customs clearance time is not included

Please note, during peak seasons such as Christmas, deliveries may take an additional 24 hours due to the heavy workload of the national courier service, and 48-72 hours for international deliveries.

Orders leaving our warehouse on Friday via SEUR will be considered as dispatched the following Monday, provided it is not a national or local holiday. On national or local holidays we do not have a collection or delivery service. If it is a holiday in the destination city, the agency will deliver the next working day according to their schedule of deliveries.

The SEUR employee in charge of deliveries in Spain will deliver the product to the address stated during the order process. If they are not at home, a notice of attempted delivery will be left, which can be used to collect the products from the nearest office of the courier company (whichever applies) within a 10 –day period. Processing and delivery deadlines are only provided for information purposes and are not considered binding unless there is an express and written statement from Playmygroup International S.L.. Any delay in the order processing/delivery will not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim for damages.

In any event, the products ordered will be delivered within a maximum deadline of thirty days commencing from the day after the order is placed, provided the customer has made payment in full and validated the design where necessary. If the order is not delivered within the specified period, the buyer will be entitled to cancel. Any monies paid will be refunded immediately, but no other rights to seek compensation will be granted.

RECEPTION

The purchaser should check, in the presence of the postman or courier, the conditions of the package and its contents as soon as it is received.

If the products ordered are not delivered (within the specified deadline provided), the purchaser should inform the company via e-mail to info@playmygroup.com or any other address specified within the order confirmation e-mail, so that the company in charge of the delivery can start investigating the cause. This investigation will never exceed 21 days. If during this time the product is found, it will be sent immediately to the address given at the time of order. But, if the product is not delivered within the 21 day investigation period, PLAYMYPLANET and PLAYMYFUN will resend, at its own cost, the products ordered provided they are in stock, or will refund the purchase price if the products are not available.

The deadlines for Yupick deliveries range between 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
